Our China-based production-engineering team designs every jig, fixture, and ICT/FCT test program before a board hits the line. Same shift cycle as Thailand floor — design reviews, ECOs, and program revisions land in hours, not days.
Test coverage: in-circuit test, functional test, burn-in — all programmed in-house, all source files owned by Skytech (no vendor lock-in).
SMT Technical Support, Real-Time
Paste profile, stencil aperture, feeder set-up, AOI programming — the China engineering team backs every Thailand-floor run with direct technical support, including on-site visits during new product introduction.
