What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order is 50 pieces for prototype runs and 500 pieces for production runs. Both can scale up to mass production on the same SMT line — you do not need to re-tool when you scale. Engineering NRE (DFM review, certification application, tooling) has no minimum.
Do you handle small-batch assembly?
Yes — we specialize in low-volume electronics manufacturing under 1,000 pieces as well as mass production. See our Small Quantity Assembly Thailand page for details.
What is the typical lead time?
Prototypes typically 4 to 6 weeks from approved design. Mass production typically 8 to 12 weeks from PO, depending on component lead times and certification requirements.
Are you Apple MFi licensed?
Yes. Skytech Creations (Thailand) Co., Ltd. holds Apple MFi Authorized Manufacturer License #859306 (since 2023). Our Hong Kong parent Skytech Creations Limited also holds MFi #120974 since 2011. Listed in Apple public MFi directory under 11 accessory categories.
Do you handle Apple Find My / Google Find Hub / Samsung SmartThings Find certifications?
Yes — all three. We can register, test and certify your device against Apple’s Find My network accessory program, Google’s Find Hub (Fast Pair), and Samsung’s SmartThings Find.
Can you ship to the US / EU?
Yes. Our Chonburi factory is approximately 1.5 hours from Laem Chabang port. We ship FOB Thailand to US, EU, and Japan destinations. US Section 301 tariff exposure reduced for Thailand-origin goods vs China-origin goods.
