Reception & Office — Where Trust Begins
Our reception displays Apple MFi Authorized Manufacturer (Thailand + Hong Kong), Works with Apple Find My, Works with SmartThings Find, plus our long-term ITI Hong Kong and Adventlink partnerships. The office public-relations bulletin also features our supplier / partner certifications.

SMT Stencil Printing & 3D SPI Inspection
Pre-reflow quality control starts at the stencil printer — solder paste deposition uniformity directly impacts downstream yield. Our DESEN Classic 1009 stencil printer paired with SINIC-TEK 3D SPI delivers paste-volume measurement at every pad.

SMT Pick-and-Place — Yamaha YSM20
Yamaha YSM20 SMT pick-and-place machine handles 0201 chip components through fine-pitch BGAs. Same line serves prototype runs (50 pieces) and mass production (100,000+ pieces).

Reflow Oven & AOI Post-Reflow Inspection
Lead-free reflow oven with 12-zone heating profile delivers RoHS-compliant soldering. VCTA-A410 AOI then scans every board for solder defects, missing components, polarity errors — operator reviews PCBA scan with PASS/FAIL on DELL station.

Selective Wave Soldering — JUKI QS-250C
For mixed-technology boards (through-hole + SMT), our JUKI QS-250C selective wave soldering station handles precise through-hole soldering required by automotive OEM customers like Stinger (formerly AAMP of America). Process control via auto flux dispenser + vision verification.

Manual Assembly Line — 5+ Stations
Five+ station manual assembly line with full ESD protection (hairnets, ionization, grounded workbenches). Operators handle sub-assembly, final assembly, and packaging. Workers visible in clean-room coats for trace contamination control.

Specialty Assembly — iPad / Tablet Workstations
Beyond Bluetooth trackers, our line assembles smart-device PCBA products for OEM customers. Workers at ViewSonic monitors run final test (e.g. LG speaker + smartphone bin), with finished goods packaged per product variant.

Quality Control & PCBA Functional Test
PCB inspection under microscope + per-product functional test stations (DELI DC power supply, UNI-T signal generator, barcode scanner) ensure every unit ships with full traceability.

Engineering Test Lab & Test Jigs
In-house engineering lab features Rigol oscilloscopes, DC electronic loads, programmable DC power supplies for DFM review and prototype validation. Test jig rack holds 6+ per-product fixtures (A123, A124, A129…) for fast changeover.

RF Test Lab — Apple Find My / SmartThings Pre-Compliance
Agilent N9342C handheld spectrum analyzer (9 kHz – 3 GHz) supports in-house RF pre-compliance testing for Apple Find My, Google Find Hub, Samsung SmartThings Find, and Bluetooth SIG certification — saving 2-week lab turnaround before formal submission.

Component Storage & Finished Goods Warehouse
Industrial component racking with red chip-tray bins for SMD parts, FIFO control, and finished goods storage racks — supports prototype-to-mass-production continuity on the same campus.

17-Year Customer Track Record
Visual proof of our long-term manufacturing partnership with Stinger (formerly AAMP of America) for the PAC and Stinger brand product lines — production has run continuously since 2007 across our HK R&D → Dongguan production → Thailand production supply chain. Below: RadioPRO 4 boxes (RP4-MIT007 + RP4-HD1101) staged for shipping with item # B18-0476-1001.

Specialty Stations & Production Floor Access
Auto glue dispenser with PCBA vision coordinates (for IP-rated enclosures) + controlled-access production floor entrance with visitor / staff-only signage.
