We operate a single 1,200 mu00b2 production facility in Chon Buri, Thailand. The work happens in sequence, under one roof, under one quality lead.
01 — Surface mount
Four Yamaha SMT lines, 0201 imperial component capability, paste inspection, reflow profiling tuned for humidity-sensitive boards.
02 — Optical inspection
3D AOI on every board, X-ray for hidden BGA joints, in-line ICT on each shipped assembly.
03 — Resin encapsulation
Vacuum potting, UV-cure conformal coating, IP67-rated overmolds for outdoor electronics.
04 — End-to-end assembly
From enclosure injection-mold tooling through retail-ready clamshell packaging under one production contract.
05 — Licensing and compliance
Apple MFi licensee. Additional licensing programs available on request. We hold the licenses; you ship under them.
06 — DFM engineering
Hong Kong R&D team leads the Design-for-Manufacturability review before any tooling spend commits.
